When you need medical care first
Chest pain, fainting, a very slow or irregular heartbeat, confusion, or being unable to keep fluids down call for an emergency room or 911, not an appointment. Tell any doctor or emergency team about your eating.
If you may need more than weekly therapy
Outpatient therapy is not enough for everyone, and that is not a failure. Dr. Wakefield will tell you plainly if a higher level of care, such as an intensive outpatient or residential program, might help, and will help you look.
This practice is not an emergency service
We do not monitor messages around the clock. Messages sent through this website are read on weekdays, during office hours. If you need help now, use the lines above.
